Amenities & Facilities
We are proud of the Alberta 4-H Centre and thrilled to provide you with an opportunity to experience everything this exciting and unique place has to offer!
A day at the lake is said to restore the soul! Come to the Alberta 4-H Centre and swim, fish or just soak up the sun while enjoying the lake. Explore the outdoors and try out our fireside gazebo, and do not forget to visit our Amphitheater and our amazing forested area which is home to wildlife and rare vegetation. Go on a hiking adventure through our 7 km walking trailers and discover Alberta’s largest natural fern glade or walk along 65 million-year-old bedrock.

- Single Bunk-bed style beds
- Linen/towels/shampoo can be provided for an addition charge
- 7 washrooms, 4 with multiple showers

- Community Fire Pit ( end your day by bonding with your group over campfire)
- Multiple tent sites
- 2 teepees (sleeps up to 10 people per teepee)

Summer Camps
Are you ready for an adventure? Come and conquer your fears by maneuvering through our ropes course or learn a new skill like archery or rocketry. Head on down to the lake where you can enjoy the sun or explore canoes and other water games. We even have a giant slip n’ slide!
If you’re more into the nature side of things, well then take a walk through our 65 million-year-old bedrock and discover Alberta’s largest natural fern glade!
Enjoy a tasty home cooked meal prepared by our talented chefs and end your night by roasting marshmallows and singing songs by the campfire.
Bunk with your friends in our dorms, or experience what it is like to camp outside in the Centre’s teepees.

Meal times:
Meals are served buffet-style three times a day, with additional snack times. Our chefs create a variety of tasty but nutritious offerings. We accommodate guests with vegetarian, gluten-free, and lactose free diets. Our meal times include exciting table dismissals, theme meals, and maybe a jello-eating contest.
